Successfully trained several hundred furniture dealerships across the United States how to use Visual Planner—an online space-planning tool for the furniture industry. Handled implementation, set-up, and management of ongoing client service and support matters. Played a major role in increasing Visual Planner revenues to double-digits annually.

Given 3 days notice by the Chairperson of the Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management (AEMM) department that they needed an instructor for the course, I accepted the position without any teaching experience and received an above average review during student/teacher evaluations.
